Tuesday, April 8th — Welcome to Bisbee!

2pm – Event check-in begins

  • All attendees – If you have accommodations in town, please check into your hotel/Airbnb before coming to the Jonquil to register for the event. Event registration will happen in the backyard of the Jonquil Motel — please arrive on foot or on your bike to check in for the event and grab your swag bag. Please do not drive into the yard with your truck or vehicle — please park on the the street until you have registered for the event. You can park your bike in front of the motel, in the backyard, or on the street.

  • Moto Tent Camping – If you registered for Moto Tent Camping, please pull your bike into the backyard and head over to the registration table to get your camping assignment.

  • Vehicle Camping – If you registered for Vehicle Camping, please stage your vehicle on the street somewhere near the motel. Please don’t drive into the yard with your truck or vehicle. Walk over to registration and you will be directed to the vehicle camping lot at Higgins Hill Park.

  • Trailering a bike into the event? It gets pretty crowded around here as the rally ramps up, so if you can unload your bike and keep your trailer near your hotel/Airbnb, that would be awesome. If parking is tight where you are staying, come to the backyard of the Jonquil and we can help you get situated.

4:30pm – Happy Hour

  • The Rally Bar benefits Backcountry Discovery Routes! You’ll get complimentary drink tickets when you check in and a portion of all bar sales beyond that is donated to BDR initiatives!

6pm – Dinner

  • Get ready for a week of fantastic food. Breakfast and dinner will be served daily. You’re on your own for lunch— we recommend hitting High Desert Market or Poco down the street to pack some snacks for the trail. Definitely check out one of Bisbee’s great lunch restaurants when you roll through town.

7pm – Evening Activities

  • Get the Rundown on the Rally! This is going to be an awesome week and we want to make sure you’re armed with all the info you need. We’ll go over the flow of the event, give you the inside scoop on all the routes, and answer any question you may have. The fire pits will be going, there will likely be some live music, and the bar will be open!
