1. Cancellation Policy

• 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations
• HOLIDAY and SPECIAL EVENT weekends require a 14-day cancellation notice
• All cancellations must be made via phone
• Booking.com and Airbnb reservations must be cancelled through those websites directly
• Email cancellations will not be honored
• If cancellations are not made within the cancellation period, guest may be subject to a one-night room charge

2. How to Cancel

• Provide your name, reservation dates, and confirmation number if available
• A cancellation is considered complete only when confirmed by a staff member over the phone
