By booking a stay at The Jonquil Motel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in begins at 3:00 PM
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Contact us in advance if you require special arrangements
• Early or late arrivals must be approved prior to your stay

2. Rates and Payments

• Rates are based on double occupancy
• Additional guests are $25 per person, per night
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation
• Your card is charged on the date of arrival unless otherwise specified
• Taxes and fees may apply

3. Cancellation Policy

• A 48-hour notice is required for standard reservation cancellations
• Holiday and special event weekends require a 14-day cancellation notice
• All cancellations must be made by phone
• Booking.com and Airbnb reservations must be cancelled through their platforms
• Email cancellations are not accepted
• Failure to cancel within the required time may result in a one-night room charge

4. Smoking Policy

• All guest rooms are 100% smoke-free
• A $200 cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside any room
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, including the back courtyard

5. Children and Safety

• Children are welcome
• Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times
• The property fronts Tombstone Canyon and includes a bridge over the canal leading to the garden
• Please use caution in shared outdoor spaces

6. Parking and Accessibility

• The Jonquil Motel provides private, on-site parking for guests
• The property is flat and does not require stairs to access guest rooms
• Parking spaces are available on a first-come basis

7. Pet Policy

• Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable $25 fee per animal
• Dogs may not be left unattended in guest rooms
• Bisbee is a dog-friendly town, and many shops and restaurants accommodate pets
• A Pet Agreement form must be signed at check-in
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage

8. Guest Responsibilities

• Treat the property, furnishings, and shared spaces with respect
• Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly
• Excessive mess, damage, or rule violations may result in additional charges
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate policies

9. Property Use and Conduct

• Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms unless approved by management
• Quiet hours are observed to ensure the comfort of all guests
• Illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund

10. Liability

• The Jonquil Motel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Guests use all facilities, including parking and outdoor areas, at their own risk
• The property is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of facilities or failure to follow posted guidelines

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the updated date.
